WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY MASSAGE APPOINTMENT?

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled massage appointment. As a courtesy to all guests, we start and end each massage session on time; therefore, late arrivals will not have their service time extended.

HOW DO I BOOK A MASSAGE AT SOMA?

You can conveniently schedule your massage appointment online at [www.booksoma.com](http://www.booksoma.com). Please note that we do not accept walk-ins, ensuring each client receives personalized attention.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

To cancel a booked massage, simply log into your account on our website or call us. We kindly request at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A late cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the reservation made, charged to the credit card on file, to compensate our staff for missed wages.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT OR ARRIVE LATE?

If you arrive 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time or fail to show up, your service will be automatically canceled, and the full price will be charged to the credit card on file. To fully enjoy the benefits of your massage, we recommend arriving on time or even a little early.

WHAT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS DOES SOMA OFFER?

Our membership program allows you to incorporate massage therapy into your monthly self-care routine. Enjoy savings on 60 or 90-minute massages, exclusive perks, roll-over credits, and more. Visit our membership page on our website for complete details.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Members can cancel their recurring membership at any time by providing Soma with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellations can be made in person or via email at amber@booksoma.com.

HOW LONG ARE MY MASSAGE CREDITS VALID?

Membership credits can accumulate indefinitely as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel your membership, you have 3 months to use any unused credits before they expire. Please note that we do not issue refunds for unused credits.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to freeze memberships.

ARE SERVICES AND PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE?

Yes, please be aware that our services and pricing may change at any time.

WHAT IF I'M NOT FEELING WELL?

If you are feeling unwell before your scheduled massage, we encourage you to stay home. If you start feeling sick during your treatment, please inform your massage therapist immediately.

IS THERE A CELL PHONE POLICY AT SOMA?

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all our members and guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off or set to silent mode upon check-in. While cell phones are allowed in the treatment room, we prefer to minimize disruptions for an optimal experience.
